What happens if I start the ride late?

Please never start your ride incorrectly. Initially, start your ride yourself at the correct time.

If this is not possible due to technical issues or forgetfulness, please contact an office employee as soon as possible via WhatsApp Support or [email protected] to retroactively start the ride correctly.

If you have already started your ride incorrectly, ask the customer if you can let the ride continue and then stop, but you must also be attentive yourself and stay awake if necessary.

Do not insist if the customer reacts negatively to this request. You will then still have to email [email protected] to have the incorrect timing manually adjusted, but this will result in the administrative fine of €25 as stipulated in the contract and clearly explained on the test day.
