What happens if I start the ride late?

You are responsible for a timely start. You can ask the customer to extend the ride because you forgot the start. However, you are responsible for stopping the ride at the correct time and indicating a "forced stop." Please note that your hours and billing are linked to this, so it is crucial that this is accurate. If the customer refuses, you must send the correct hours to [email protected] as soon as possible.
