A scheduled ride can only be canceled with a doctor's certificate. If you’re feeling unwell, report your absence as soon as possible. Always notify us first via WhatsApp and at <b><a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">drivers@getdriven.app</a></b> so we can arrange a replacement. Keep in mind that last-minute cancellations can impact your reliability rating.
