If you notice damage to the customer's car that you did not cause, fill out a damage form immediately and inform the customer. Make sure all details are recorded, including photos if possible. The claim for damages is then handled by the responsible party. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings! If you notice any damage before the trip has started, please take a photo as proof to be able to cover you for any problems afterwards.
