Initially, you start your trip yourself at the right time, if you have not been able to do so due to technical problems or forgetfulness, please contact an office employee asap via Whatsapp Support or via [email protected] to start the trip retroactively.If you have already started your trip incorrectly, ask the customer if you can continue the trip and then stop, but you must also be attentive to it and stay awake if necessary.Do not insist if the customer reacts negatively to this request. Then you will still have to email to [email protected] to manually adjust the wrong timing, but you will incur an administrative fine of €25 as contractually stipulated and clearly explained on the test day.
