Does the customer always have to sign off?

No, the customer is not obliged to sign. He can do this through his own device or through you. If the customer is absent or does not want to sign, you can end the trip with the “forced stop” option in the app. Make sure all trip details are correct before completing the trip. If the customer is not present on arrival, automatically perform a forced stop.
